[1988] Architect: Goody Clancy & Associates. The ceremony takes place at St. Christopher’s Church at 265 Mount Vernon Street. Formerly the Columbia Point public housing development, the private, mixed-income private development is owned and operated by Corcoran, Mullins, and Jennison. Most of the original units are demolished, leaving some 20% of the new development as affordable housing.
